The leading wholesale neutral operator in terms of connected customers, elanta, has successfully tested the 50 Gbps FTTH service for the first time in a real-world setting in Spain.

Elanta plans to invest 60 million euros this year in «strategic operations» that complement the coverage of its network in Spain.

The operation allows it to exceed 2.9 million homes in coverage and 625,000 connected clients.
